Hello and welcome! I am Bob Presley. For me, creating pottery is more than a craft—it is a conversation between the artist and the person who appreciates it. A piece isn't truly complete until it finds its home and sparks that connection with you.
My pottery is an abstract reflection of the colors, textures, shapes, and forms I have encountered over countless years of hiking, backpacking, and camping in the vibrant landscapes of Arizona. Each piece is an attempt to capture the profound emotions and quiet strength that the desert evokes in me.
This lifelong passion for expression is something I have always loved to share. For 27 rewarding years, I worked as an art teacher, helping others find their creative voices. Today, that same dedication is poured into every unique piece I shape at the wheel.
